Use the visual builder to trigger emails based on customer actions.
## Build an automation
1. Go to **Automations → New Flow**.
2. Pick a trigger such as *List Signup* or *Cart Abandoned*.
3. Drag in email steps and delays, then connect them.
4. Send yourself a test, then click **Publish**.
Monitor opens and clicks from the Flow Analytics tab.
